Description
The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Sarasota County Technical Institute (S.C.T.I.) South School - Restroom Portable be accepted as substantially complete as of 4/19/2007.
